Services Offered
Our team of licensed therapists offer a variety of specialties and expertise. As a result. our practice is able to service people of all ages and address a variety of needs. The licensed therapists accept private pay, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Hopkins EHP, Medicaid and Medicare. Master level interns offer a low fee service. Therapy services are offered via telehealth and in person at our Baltimore County, MD location.
Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy is offered to those age 3 and older via telehealth (client must be in Maryland) and in person at our Baltimore County, MD location.
Couples Therapy
Relationship counseling is a great way to strengthen your relationship as well as address barriers. Our couples therapists work with diverse relationship needs to support the goals of the couple.
Parent Support
Our licensed therapists are trained in helping parents process their stressors as well as develop parenting skills for a variety of parenting needs.
Family Therapy
Family therapist are committed to the family unit and supporting the family as a whole. Family therapy promotes improved relationships and positive interactions in the home.
Group Therapy
Group therapy is a fantastic way to develop skills while increasing social interaction in a positive environment. We offer a variety of skills based groups such as DBT, CBT, and Mindfulness. In addition, we offer social skills development groups for a variety of ages.
