PRP
Tidemark's psychiatric rehabilitation programming (PRP) provides a comprehensive, person-centered mental health support to adults and youth, who have Medicaid and are experiencing emotional, psychological, and social challenges. The PRP services are designed to promote wellness, independence, and long-term stability by helping individuals develop the skills, coping strategies, and daily-living abilities necessary to thrive in their homes, communities, and educational or vocational settings. PRP services are person-directed and individualized and includes collaborative partnership between persons served, families, clinical providers, and community resources. Our evidence-based programming upholds a trauma-informed, strength-based, and culturally responsive approach. Clients have access to weekly in-person individual or group sessions at our office. Through consistent coaching, structured interventions, and individualized goal planning, the PRP ensures that every individual receives the support needed to reach their highest level of functioning and achieve meaningful personal growth.
Adult Services
Our adult PRP services are offered in-person or virtually and provides rehabilitative support aimed at enhancing independent living, managing symptoms of mental health conditions, and improving overall quality of life. The overarching goal is to empower adults to achieve greater autonomy, maintain stability, and actively participate in their communities.

Child and Adolecent Services
Our youth services are offered in-person or virtually and focuses on strengthening emotional regulation, social skills, behavioral management, school engagement, and family communication. Youth receive individualized support in their home, school, and community, allowing staff to coach and model skills in real-time environments that support a young person’s development and stability.
