Tidemark's
PRP
Tidemark's psychiatric rehabilitation programming (PRP) promotes recovery, full community integration, and improved quality of life for children and adults who have been diagnosed with a mental health condition and have Medicaid. Psychiatric rehabilitation services are collaborative with a mental health professional, person-directed and individualized. Our evidence-based programming focuses on helping individuals develop skills and access resources needed to increase their capacity to be successful and satisfied in the living, working, learning, and social environments of their choice. Clients have access to a weekly in-person group at our offices as well as frequent individual appointments. These services are free of charge to the recipients and are intended to support the progress being made in a traditional therapy or medication management setting.
Adult Services
Our adult PRP services are offered in clinic, by telehealth, as well as in the community to support development of community living skills, activities of daily living and self-care, financial independence, and successful integration and use of community resources. Adults must have a Priority Population Diagnosis:
Child and Adolecent Services
Our child and adolescent PRP services are offered in office, via telehealth, as well as community-based to individuals age 17 and younger to promote overall resiliency. This program facilitates the development of appropriate skills such as self-care skills, social skills, living skills, and educational participation. Those 17 and under must have a DSM-5 Public Behavioral Health Diagnosis:
